Campaigns
- The future of children's rights – in whose hands?
They wield considerable power and influence, and can change the lives of thousands, maybe millions of children. Those nominated to exalted positions within the world of child rights can make a massive difference. But who are they? How are they chosen? And, most importantly, are they the best people for the job?
We have identified the following initial list of key global child rights positions, listed in order of their due date for renewal or reappointment. The appointment process for these positions varies considerably. Join the campaign here.
- Campaign for a complaints procedure under the CRC
A group of agencies are campaigning for the United Nations to establish a communications/complaints mechanism to the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). Such a procedure would provide a mechanism that would ensure the availability of legal remedies for children at the international level.

Then welcome to CRIN's advice cafe!
The purpose of this service is to encourage users to share information and expertise on child rights, or related activities.
Anyone can be an 'expert' – as long as you can answer the question to the satisfaction of the person asking.
50 points are awarded for an accepted answer, and there is a leader board for experts who give the most, and the best, answers.
